We should try to enforce a CTG week off every 2 months, for all employees so the staff can catch up every once in a while I'll set up the form and we all sign it 
Seriously, I guess it's all due to a lack of time in the new year... after all real life comes first

get some new staff members, i think there is probably plenty of active normal members who would like to help out... more staff woudln't hurt i think?
possibly void and n.d. perhaps?

How about a NON-trance mix for a change?
...there's plenty of other genres out there. I'm not suggesting that there should be an "experimental" mix just because that's what I mainly do. I genuinely think that some of the other genres would work... e.g. how about an electro mix, or ambient, or dnb?
OK, they may not mix together as smoothly as some of the trance stuff, but maybe somebody could give it a try?
It may make some of us non-trance artists (and there's actually plenty of us) a bit more interested in the mixes, and give exposure to some artists from the wider community...

well, I can only talk about the AOTM stuff. In this case, there are two persons that have to act on time. Me, and the guy/girl who's being interviewed. Well, that's enough for me to say, fill in the blank spotts.
About the mixes. I have no idea.
