One of my housemates at uni used to do stupid stuff so often that we had a list up on the wall of his funniest...
Here's a few examples:
1) Withdrawing cash from a cash machine then walking away forgetting to pick up the cash. He did this twice!
2) After making some sandwiches, putting the cling-film in the fridge instead of the cheese
3) Throwing a full tub of margarine in the bin and putting the empty one back in the fridge
4) Putting 2 watches on (+ on the same arm as well!) and not realising until about 5 hours later
5) Turning on the gas AND the electricity for a shower (for an electric shower)
6) Thinking that you can't put metal in an oven (think he was getting slightly confused with a microwave)
7) Taking a taxi home from the supermarket, then paying the driver, coming into the house, then realising about 10 minutes later that he'd left all his shopping in the car.
8) Leaving his wallet at the bank for 2 days without even realising it was missing. Only found out when somebody at the bank rang.
9) Testing a "Theory Of Elevation" while in a lift (whether if he jumped while in a descending lift, he'd be able to jump higher, and even hit the ceiling), which resulted in the lift breaking, him being stuck for about 30 minutes, and having to be rescued.

Two weeks ago I met a very very cute girl, and right after she told me her name, I introduced her to a friend of mine, and ofcourse said a totally different name. Hila, Chen, same difference. She was hot!

I do this a lot, and as a reporter, it's really a big problem. But I guess the truth is... I just dont care about what their damn name is, I just want the story. Shame on me. |

Those two are universal
I usualy forget names at the end of "shaking hands", but I feel stupid to ask again
2 seconds after being told.
Im hopeless.... especially with women... the worst is when you need to call somebody
the next day, and you only got the number... or you get called and have no idea whatsoever
who "Samanta" is. Such name forgeting incidents are fun
My contribution...
Searching for glasses that are on my nose already (noticing nothing. Classics but you must consider that im literaly blind without )
Walking out without my glasses noticing in school 2 hours later (years ago i was a little less blind, but still)
Driving thru a tunnel on a highway thinking why there is no snow like outside there. ( I know.... )
"The 'soul' of the machines has always been a part of our music. Trance always belongs to repetition, and everybody is looking for trance in life... in sex, in the emotional, in pleasure, in anything... so, the machines produce an absolutely perfect trance."

I got another variation on that theme: Asking someone where they are from twice in two days, thinking they are two separate people. Go memory.

I've showered once, when I undressed I forgot that I had a hat on. I noticed it by the time that the hat was totally soaken wet.
