The GUI concept isn't too late. I know many people, who wants this. the interfae is optimized for quick use with the keyboard (it's for me (and for many others) better than any FastTracker-like interface, where I must use the mouse). I prefer the keyboad-use for faster tracking.
And I'm using the internet over years.

erm? Except modplug, is there any tracker which you have to use the mouse to operate...?

OpenMPT still has some bugs concerning VST Effects which I really don't like.
But I've learned to live with it....

Just wanted to point out that MPT is pretty useable without a mouse these days - there are even some blind users who are perfectly able to work their way around the program.

Hi, have you reported the bugs on the modplug forums?
It's unlikely they'll get fixed if you don't tell anyone about them.  |
