As we're changing a lot of little things on the site, I think the write new topic page can be improved also..
The select board selection box could be placed below the topic title box, so people will more likely see the box and select the appropriate forum to post in. :)

or perhaps it could default to something like "choose a forum" and force an active choice if none is selected.

Nah. I like posting topics at the wrong forum by mistake. Keeps Admins on their toes :)

lol. All I want is a scroll box next to the write new topic so it can't be missed.
