I think that people would have more reviewed if we weren't forced to wrtite minimum 200 words. Personnaly i think that this is the factor of the lack of reviews on this site, like if you really like a song and that you think it's perfect it's difficult to write 200 words on it. I think that reducing the amount of words imposed would bring more reviews or by simply letting us free to write as many words we want.

What to you all artists think ?

I think your idea sucks ass

Well I think that you suck ass then, i was only suggesting something. It is now evident that people don't agree , but no need to insult.

I'd feel rather offended if someone said that to me. But that's me...

Personally, I think the idea is good, but set a much shorter limit instead, about the lenght of this post perhaps? Just to ensure nobody writes a "this song owns" review, and think that's enough to be a review.

This post contains 70 words, including the signature.
Fortunately, my music is much more interesting than my posts.

I think everone isn't getting that the limit is 200 letters, not words. Your post would actually have more than enough letters (about 500?) as it is right now.

200 letters is like a few sentences, is that really a big deal?
Third notes? hmmm okay

Huh? The orginal post says words, not letters, so I was replying to a post about that. I'm not misunderstanding anything here. But well, if the limit is 200 letters it could even be too short.

Yeah, that is true. I think that it is cool though, because people tend to report blatantly short reviews.

At finnish site, http://www.mikseri.net/, we have a minimum of 40 letters!
That sux hard, cause the comments usually are like:"What the fuck is the meaning of this genre i've never heard about freeform before................... this is too fast, put some singing and quitars maybe it would be better then.:!??!?!??11". And the comments usually ain't that long as my example..

So, I vote for the 200 word limit! :martini:
