Right now I'm really exploring hiphop, and my favorite producers in this realm are:

ANT, RJD2, Dj Numark, Dj Shadow, Cut Chemist, El-P, etc, etc....oddly enough, I really like Kanye West's work (especially Jay Z's 'Lucifer'....I love that track!)

I'm also always amazed at what Norman Cook can throw together. I also admire Liam Howlett's older work, as well as the Chemical Brothers and Crystal Method.
