Facelift or not, it would still be the same place. Then again, it certainly couldn't hurt provided you're willing to put all the time and effort into it as it'd be a lot of work.

I'd say the compo system and the CTG mixes update come first  I think the responsible people have enough to do already... With each new feature this place will become better and better

I say this site has the most feature-rich content out there.
The look is badass as well.
The personalities are all well and good, even though some of you are complete asshats nearly 100% of the time, but that makes it more interesting
As for the pro or con of it all, I do not think anything needs fixing, perhaps leaving out the rampant verbal abuses... |

I'm sure the mixes will come once the system is back up running There's so much good and new material for mixes and I'm sure people are anxious to submit them. But of course only if there's a chance they are released here
