Wouldn´t say that it is "only" the job from the mother which was done wrong. More I think it´s a problem with the nowadays "Modern Education" of those kids including parents and social life like in school and stuff.
Well, when I think of my past, I got a hard slap and then I knew that I´ve done something wrong, though an explanation still followed then, afterwards.
On the other hand, this child could be also hyper-active in some way....ok quite obvious when I think further
