I use WinAmp for music and I paired Windows Media Player with BSPlayer to get the most out of my video experience, and I use VLC Player for those bastard videos that won't play on anything. ;)

Sorry, but beating WinAmp takes a miracle.. I suggest that you use your energy elsewhere.

 ;)

Heheh :)
What's the matter guys? :) Even if you are so bound to Winamp, there's no need to put those guys off, I'm sure they did a good job with this player. I will check Pulse out when I'm at home, though I'm rather content with winamp too, at least for mp3. :)

Yeah, it's like everyone's afraid of this player to be better than what they've
already got.... quite a silly attitude :D

However, since it loads alot slower than xmplay does, I'll stick with that program,
the module support seems like it's equal to xmplay's support system, very nice!
It's a good alternative to play back modules, for those not able to run xmplay,
(and I know there are people who can't do that, they're scarce.. but they're there)
And also a good candidate for those looking to replace windows media player aswell,
and it's got a hell of a smaller resource print compared to winamp 5!

Well, have you ever searched for an piece of music by opening the file, close player, open another file and close again? Do that alot and you'll know why a fast payer is usefull. :D
