Can anyone redirect me to some reliable free hosting service?
I'm not looking for much, just to host my site.
I'll figure out what to do with music later...

Reliable and free are two words that do not go very well together when it comes to webhosting 
edit: but if you need some temp space to throw up your ch00nage until you can sort this business out, I'll put 'em up for a while...

there are numerous hosts that provide webspace for free. You can simply check the hosting topic that's sticked here....
From my own memory I can select:
www.modulez.org
www.mp4.co.au (only for 128 bps)
www.atgig.com (not extremely reliable, but provides 1 gb!!!! for free)
