As a frequent visitor and artist of CTG,
I can't help to notice that sometimes the site fails to load the css,
and leaves the site butt ugly, untill I refresh 1 or 2 times.
do more people experience this?

It's probably a problem with your browser.
Which one do you use? No problems for me with Firefox 1.5.

The site works flawlessly with every version of IE I've tried, and with a lot of computers.
I'd guess there's something weird with the configuration of your browser, or some kind IE of toolbar you have installed, or perhaps you're using some seriously strange firewall which blocks stuff randomly, or possibly, temporary problems with the ctg server (wouldn't let you access the .css file).
But whatever the reason is, get a real browser
within a deep forest project site. |

Nah, I hate toolbars and such, I've got none,
well, I guess I'll just try that lame FireFox everyone is using.
or I'll format, needs it anyway, haven't done it in 18 months now.

hm, no, I won't write anything about IE, FF etc, I'm done with that. I'll just suggest trying Opera if you're already considering a change (www.opera.com). Though this time I have to admit it isn't likely be the browser's fault. |

I won't write anything about that bloated browser called Opera, which can do a lot of things... But very few really useful ones .
With browsers it's like with music software - if one dfoesn't work for you try the other one. IE can't load CSS properly - try Opera and FF, choose the one that works best for YOU.

What are you talking about, Cooth? Don't listen to him, Masenka, and get Firefox.
Now, seriously... I have not seen this kind of behaviour with the site before, nor has it been reported before, so I'm sure the problem lies on your side.

I guess so,
wonder where it's coming from though.
Now using firefox, and haven't got the problem no more!
thanks.
still want to know why IE is displaying it improperly.
I'll check out opera as well!

I get the same problem with nearly all website/browser combinations WHEN USING DIAL-UP. I think it may be more of a connection issue than a browser issue. The web page loads fully but not the style sheet, so the browser just displays the page with whatever CSS has actually loaded and shows the rest in a default style.
