Well? Would it be hard to do? Just take the graphics and hue them in photoshop.. I can do it if you want.. and then implement a dropbox in the artist tools - settings so you can choose from:
1) default (blue)
2) monochrome
3) red
4) brown
5) whatever...
But this also means that the css should be modified.. or made a couple of copies..
What do you think?

from what i remember i was talking to frank about it when we met up, ctg doesn't have a style sheet, so everything has to be changed manually which takes a stupidly long time.
something like that anyways

Stop talking bullshit both of you.
CTG has a css file, and there are also colors hard-coded into the source, it was quite a nightmare to do that CTG's 1000th day change.
To realize the feature, a lot from the actual code would have to be rewritten.

Don't get me wrong, but I think that someone should form a recoding group - CTG is getting to the stage where it might be a good idea to consider the long term expandability and scalability of the code, and then recode CTG so that it is compliant and scalable. I know it's not an easy job, and porting of DBs will be a complete pain in the arse, but it is possible - even more so if you have a coherent team. This is a big cop-out, but I won't be able to help - I don't know how to code complex stuff; however, after seeing the results of such actions on a large music website, I do think that this kind of forward thinking and future-proofing should be considered if possible.

Take a leaf from the book of British Leyland's cars of the 70's.
You want a dog-shit brown paint job with a black vinyl roof.

I think this is a very awesome idea. The whole problem in this lies however in the fact that we dont have many coders who are willing to invest their time in CTG. I mean, acecream has quitted(although we could ask him to start again ofcourse) and xtr1m is kinda busy... I'm not really sure, but I dont know many other coders...
