One of my friends, Phenixir has been accused of being a ripper today. I'm very confident in him and I must say that I was very surprised to hear that. Can you really think he is a ripper ?? Here is not the question in fact. First of all, this track was a versus, between him and Titan, not just him. I well know both of them and I'm SURE that they're not rippers. Anyway, if one of them had wanted to rip something the other one would have been convinced, and this is, for anyone who know them, a really ridiculous thought.
Then, the second point, the two accusers Xeegee and Rave-n claimed that the track is a rip but they didn't put any url reference in their comment, so we can't verify if they're right or not.
And finally, the point that really makes me screaming is the fact that CTG, yeah, this site right here, deleted the track without any comment, just deleted. Phenixir and Titan had not been allowed to justify themself.
Really disgusting.
I was wondered why some trackers didn't like this site. Right now I know. Thanks for the explantion.
PS: at the same time, my comments and [HDDS]Yonex's ones had been deleted, I would have appreciate to be informed, and Yonex too. |

Exuse me this track is a versus with my firend Titan! I created the melodies
and Titan created the beats .... how 2 people can recreate a song alredy
existing ?? Impossible.... It's coincidence!!! I swear!!!! I'm a novice but
I know the copyright laws!!!! I've never ripped any track, I prefer being
creative!!! It's a pure conicidence!!!

first of all the song was not deleted, it is just hidden if phenixir claim that he didnt copy anything he can bring it back right away in his artist tools.
Secondly from my personal expiriences i have to say that it is hard to say that some one doesn copy just couse you know him.One of my "friends" sent my song under his name to some contest and he was included in their demo cd...ahh well i guess i just have bad company 
well my point is that when it comes to ripping it is easier to belive to those who accuse then to those who make excuses. |

The problem is that the 2 accusors don't want to give us an address for the *original* track  .
Si should we consider their intervention as troling ??? They are giving arguments without the track in question, what can we do ??
And this track has been posted today ^_^. |

Well, I understand your point of view, acecream, but I'm still waiting for the accusers to justify themself presenting the *original * track.
I must say that I looked for it on the web and I didn't found it, even on Proximus {Perox}'s web site (I search with Proximus {Perox} and Proximus as nickname).
A ghost track ??
How can someone rip a ghost track ??
Really, I can't believe it.
[edit]: Erm, I forgot to say that Proximus'tracks are not downloadable... 404 error, except one, but not the one we're looking for. |
