I think we should take someone's example (namely PartySan) and really start reviewing and that way kissing the staff's and creator's asses and apreciate them for what they've done.
Note that I'm not saying that I'm better, nor that I've contributed much more to this community, but I think we all have to stay focused and not drift into this <3 CTG crap. Of course everybody here loves CTG, that's why we stay. But PROVE IT!!

And if you're not good reviewing? Or you just don't have the time or language skills to do it? That doesn't mean that you can't contribute to this community. Forums activity, songs, comments, ideas, etc. are good ways. I mean, it's not only about reviewing.
For example: you have made a great job giving inspiration to other artists like me. Your efforts on making a MP3 compo (I still can't understand why ppl didn't want to participate), reviews, comments, or your forum posts, makes you being one of THE NAMES of this community. I don't see any wrong on letting know CTG visitors, members and artists who you are and what you mean to this site.
The same happens with PartySan. He brought new blood to this place when it seemed to be on a descendant curve in means of forum activity and general interest.
Atlantis helps as much as he can with his tips on mastering and mixing issues. Others, like Jammyman, xerxes, mr.s, etc. show us that it's possible to get a pro sound and pro compositions coming from amateur music places like this one.
I WANT to give those names. I think it's useful. I think everybody deserve to know who are they and they deserve to have their names sticked to these forums as long as this community is still up just because if this community is still running is, in a high rate, thanks to YOU, and those who want to be like YOU some day. I must include myself on that pack.

What's that have to do with anything.. I don't think this was reviewer of the month. I don't really download that much music here anymore.. back in the days if there reads trance I'd go download it, but the time I've been here I know that like 99% of all trance is just crap and nowdays I go for other styles more and not that much of trance either.. nowdays I usually download only music that's by artist I know or have potential or just cool name or cover. And more and more of trance in here is just so old and heard million times since '99 and back then it has more potential than most of the crap now here and everywhere. Sometimes I check out some new names but if your track is titled like "Dream angels of heaven" (cheesy eh) by sUPertraX or something like that.
Went little over there lol, but the point was that imo here is more crap than back in the days and my taste has evolved a lot and I just can't stand any of that hissing low quality supersaw etc crap with no potential at all.
And one thing I don't review much anymore, because it doesn't / didn't really pay back, you know you write 100 and you get like 10 back if you spam a lot and some of them is way more like a small comment extended to a bigger review with really no constructive critic at all.
Then I think this member of the month thing is more of overall activity not just reviews. And about that if you're like nice guy or total asshole.. you know.
I think I stop now before it's too late.
EDIT: I go for a while more.. The thing back in the days for me was that I reviewed tracks that was total crap to give some new people or those who had no reviews some constructive critic and comments on what they had done.. to keep them feel welcome to the community and keep their interest on making music in future too and evolve.. you know no one is Ferry in few days. So I used to review tracks that I didn't even like at all, found nothing really to say about it, but tried to still get some good to say about it.. every cloud has a silver lining (I know cheesy.. too much soft (not porn) movies). Now I mostly review tracks that I really like or has a big potential to be something in my opinion. Back then I used to check out every topic what was here even the spams and all the crap and now I just skip most of that crap or something that's not too interesting at least not in the title.. so make good titles if you have something good  .
The conclusion is pretty much that then I was nice guy, more open to help people out without them even asking (reviewing not so good tracks) and now I'm not nice guy, but I have more open taste of music.. now I download something that a year or two ago I wouldn't download.. good example is that one drum and base guy, which name I cant remember atm.. starts with cro cri or something I think.
Also this whole community has gone in wrong direction a bit.. some veterans don't be active on forums or anything at all anymore and then some new guys have come and part of them is cool, but some I just somehow can't stand.. I don't point out the names here.. their humor and acting on forum is just so weird and just don't really match mine. But there was back in the days some I just didn't like either. I'm a bad bad man
