That's an interesting way for newcomers to find common ground with others.
Hello, my name is 1up. "Hello, 1up.", echoes the choir.

Well i ment this with a bit more deep meaning then just "hello".
The topic which people enjoy writing most is about themself.
We are all egotrips and its just a matther of time when we all will have our personal blogs (online shrinks ).
So i belive it cant go wrong if we promote forums where people should write about themselfs.

We could even make some automated replies from random users saying "dude you are so cool!"

Do I even need to state that I understood you that the presentation would go further than their handle? I guess.

Okay, flat jokes time!
A new visitor comes to CTG. A popup appears: please visit our forums! When the popup is closed, the browser automatically opens forums, on the page of a new topic creating. The field already has a standard sig and even a standard post - hello! My name is {username inserted}! Wazzup, guys!
No matter what the visitor does, browser responds in a one-side manner - posts the thread.
Immediately a PM is sent to the account and to the e-mail: Dear visitor! Please welcome to our forums! You have posted your first topic - a reason to celebrate!
If a visitor has a homepage with a guestbook, CTG robot automatically accesses it and prints in a CTG welcome message. Same goes for any instant messanger.
If a visitor has already released a song, forum welcome messages are being sent to comment areas. If a visitor filled his mobile phone number, a CTG welcome SMS is being sent there as well.
If a visitor closes the window with CTG forums, any other open window with a browser redirects to CTG forums automatically.
If a visitor reboots his computer, CTG robot edits the windows config files, so that as Windows loads, browser opens at CTG forums and blocks any further operations with browser.
When a visitor decides to either format his computer or use another computer, CTG robot sends a special bio sequence to the cooler which sticks it into the person's hair or onto his skin. This bio thing then jumps into the next computer he uses and opens CTG forums there. )))

I'm definately addicted to CTG because of the forums. Every time I run Firefox the first thing I do is visitign CTG. My bookmark leads directly to the forum. After I visit CTG I move to the task I really ran Firfox for. No matter if it was googling something or checking some other forum I visit regurarly.

I dont think there's a problem with the forum at all.
Some people wanna chat (like me!) other's wanna put their songs up.

the forum is not growing much. but it's far from dead. It's doing fine i think.
It's the reviews and downloads i'm worried about, i'm getting less review and downloads. Not complaining just saying what i noticed over time.

and i dont think that there shouldnt join more people. its just that the size of it now suits me
