Hi all,
Todat I released my new song, it's called: Euphoria. I have chosen Downtempo as its first genre, and Chill Out as its second.
Actually I wanted to have Chill Out as its first genre but it was not on the list. So I was wondering whether Chill Out is a official music genre, maybe someone here knows this?

It's actually a good question.
I think many people think of "chillout" as a subgenre in the same matter as "progressive" or "minimal". I do not agree with those fellows though  |

Chillout is name of many different genre's together. If i added it it would make the site confusing. Every genre that's peacefull can be found on chillout cd's, such as triphop, ambient and downtempo. (even jazzy stuff can be found there).. Chillout isnt a genre, just as 'Electronic dance music' isn't a genre either.
