Well it's not something new i guess but i am still wondering:
Why are trance or other trackers (no chippie backgound) reviewing chiptunes?
It's not their taste nor style!
They won't like hardcore amiga or strange techy shit for mod ( fx they know in .it but are hard 2 do in .mod)
So what's the deal?

Fkluffy Bunny (botb) is not a trance tracker.
Also I am a trance tracker , and still review eeverything what I like.
So don't make these statements , since you are wrong in what u are saying.
It all depends , and by the way , if someone wants to review something then he or she just do it

i first thought that you were saying why trance and other artist are NOT reviewing chip tracks...but i see you asked the other way  ... i dont really understand it , dont you like getting a feedback no matther who gaves it to you? It is much better to get opinion from wider range of people then just from those for who you are sure they will like it...i think non chip artist can give you more straigt criticiszm about your music since they dont mostly know the rules of chip and how it should sound, they just rate it as music

I don't fully agree with that, which is the reason i don't review trance or techno music. I don't know what makes the thrill for 'real' trancers (coz I don't experience that ), so how can I judge if a song is good as a piece of music? Let trancers do it, it's for them.
To cerror: But remember the fact I for example *make* soft music, does not automatically mean i *listen* only to this kinda stuff (I like metal for example, even though I have never finished any metal song). If BotB or Szartd or anyone does not track chiptunes, that doesn't automatically mean they never listen to them and it's not their taste.
So don't make these statements , since you are wrong in what u are saying

that is true, but looking from the point of artist who made the song, what bad can one extra review does?;) this is what i wanted to say, more reviews you get better it is since you really can see what is the general impression about the music, from those who are in same genre and from those who arent. |

I'm not telling you what to do, I just wish there was no tone like "you are wrong" and "don't make these statements".
In fact, you treated cerror like you don't want to be treated yourself.
I don't wanna quarrel, I might be a bit oversensitive about the tact and friendly atmosphere around. I see nothing wrong in cerror's raising the topic if he wants, stating "don't make these statements , since you are wrong in what u are saying. " might be received as something like "we know better, so be quiet and stop grumbling".
