During my usual morning Slashdotting, I came across an entry which highlighted some cool NASA footage; since they're so paranoid about potential launch damage, they've stuck a few cameras on the Solid (fuel) Rocket Booster (SRB)s. The two interesting ones are on the SRBs looking forward and aft:
Aft-facing SRB camera view Aft (ASX)
SRB camera view Forwards (ASX)
(To note from Slashdot, at about 2:58 into the movie, SRB separation occurs and you can see the shuttle and it's fuel tank shoot off)
Or you can go here for the whole lot:
NASA STS-121 mission page
This stuff comes as MPG4 too from the main page; I've linked to ASX ones.
