Yup, just installed it, and it's not much of a difference, but it's much faster IMHO.
And it feels fresh as well :)

Actually I felt the first difference just now. My electrical power went down and now, when I restarted my computer and FF2 it asked me if I want to resume my session or start a new one. I chose resume, and it took me to this very page I was last viewing when the power came down.
