Well... It's kind of confusing to know where topics actually belong. I don't really see the difference between "General", "Other" and "Chat". Perhaps it should be made clear when posting what kind of posts are expected in what forum? Now a lot of offtopic stuff is posted in the "General" forum, which isn't an "offtopic" forum like "chat" and "other". I also find it strange that there is a specific poll forum, but the polls are scattered in all forums. Not to mention the thin line between "News" and "Spam".
My point is, it's a structure that lacks structure. What would be really nice would be some kind of tree-like pyramid structure instead of this flat mess of chaos. Then again, perhaps order has less charm. |
