Can "I feel sulped" be considered I feel good?

There is no point in creating words which are just substitutes. You can already say 'I feel good' using ordinary words, can you not? CBL words are usually very rich in meaning, having lots of delicate shades to them. "I feel sulped" would mean you feel that something new that happens now in your life will change your character to the better. It would also mean that your character is difficult in the first place.
