the talented gets more skill faster/easier, to a certain maximum. after that... it's no skill for you mr me-so-talented you!
I've heard one or two people tell me that I've talents. I never did take much piano lessons or such, but yet I don't consider myself talented. what I did was get a goal, get the itch to aim towards the goal, maintain that itch for a few years and whozalbewoezl!! I was nowhere near the goal (in this case it was playing the piano like herbie hancock) but yet I had achieved a goal I didn't personally aim for. a goal, at which people stare at you and say "that was cool!"
if you want to seem like a talented freak, pick a hobby/ instrument/ a-random-gadget-of-your-choice, define yourself a clear goal (the harder, the better), aim towards the goal no matter what and hope that you enjoy doing so. that's how I feel with this topic. you must like the thing you do, otherwise you won't advance.

wrong. all people have their own thoughts and feelings, that does not mean they're talented

Yeah, I wonder.. does everybody have a talent, one or the other?
Perhaps most people never discover their talent and those who do
are our world's geniouses.. or something.. hmmm.. perhaps I should
be in the porn industry..

geniuses... Cant say I envy them 
As far as I am concerned, mozart and all of them folks didnt ever write a piece themselves; They just got the music sendt to their brain from another dimension or something freakish working as a medium
Now, talented or not, working hard is the only way to sucseed. A very talented person sitting on his ass doing nothing, gets nothing. A none-talented dude, having a goal, and having that 'drive' and continiously working has a higher percent chance to reach the goal.. Altho, this is not *always* true.

Yep, I agree too. Talent sure helps, but in the end, it comes down to the work you put into it. |
