Hey all. Lately there are more and more banners that have no connection to music whats`o`ever[as in "A FREAKING COMMERCIAL!"]. So, my question is: Is it on perpouse? I mean, are you guys getting paid for it or is it just spam?

no it has nothing to do with money.
it is plain try to gain more visitors to the site.
We would be glad if there would be some music sites interested in exchanging banners.  |

I think you missunderstood my question Ace.
There are banners that look like this[well, the text anyway]: "click here to win a prize" [or something], that look like one of em` annoying pop-ups. |

I think it's a kinda banner exchange stuff (judging from the links that is). A kinda system that works like the Orange Juice banner exchange. Is that right?

look guys , if you do some normal thinking , you can see CTG has almost no traffic when it comes to downloads , basicly only members/artists are downloading tracks .
But what many people wants is that some usual non producing dude is also willing to visit ctg , and download tracks .... so we get also some visitors that are interested in the music on ctg , and not just members , staying online whole day andactualy doing nothing at all .
That's the thought : getting traffic from non-producers as well. |

Szartd, since you used plural in your message I suppose you were addressing me as well. I don't want to make a fuss out of it, but I think you know I realise this traffic'n visitors thing very well. All I wanted to do was answer to XAVT.
