I used this page as a source to do some quick vocals:

The speech is very convicing, so go and try it out if you dont have a microphone :yes:

How the F*ck do I use that program :)

The only thing you can is push speak after you have written some text and then it pups up under Windows Media Player, How do I save the wave file on my Harddisk?

it is all about your setup, for me it asks me where do i wish to save the file.
but even if it opens in windows media player you can use "save as" i guess and save the file to disk from there.
