It's like with baskets. Or furniture. Or ... you know. Some grandpas do those things manually, put ornaments manually, and I guess they just sell them to enthusiasts or neighbours. Or snobs. A musician playing an instrument can become such a grandpa. Romantic and unpractical, a relic of a past era.

You can't be serious! Handmade stuff is always better. When you listen to music played live and sounds being produced not by a computer, but with the real thing, you can hear that this music is far more moving and beautiful.

Thats necessarily not true.
Not so funny signature.

Doing things digitally is great. But playing an instrument is also physical pleasure. It is something that gives you full satisfaction. At least, that's how it works for me.

Obviously, in order to master an instrument you need to practise like hell, but you must also be talented. For electronic music production, i feel that the main prerequisite is to have a 'feel' of music and a deep understanding of music production software!

But what about live tweaking? I use it quite a lot when i produce and i find that it provides me with physical pleasure! ;)

If you wanna do something right, you better practice.
If you wanna get better, you need experience.

Wether you play a guitar, use a tracker, write it down on paper or freestyle
during your morning shower. Practice makes perfect and each to his own to
decide how to evolve.

Use the guitar for jazz, rock or metal? Use a tracker for demos, dance or games?
Evolution of something as humane as music, depends on the choices made by
its performers, so the evolution of music itself depends on who you are in life and
your characters' influence on your music. That's why I think it's very important to
seek the limits of your capabilities in order to keep reinventing yourself
through music, by pushing the boundries of what you deem possible.

Just keep surprising yourself, only time can and will tell if your
contribution to music was of any significance.

I think somehow the cliff between real artists and people that called themself "musicians" which use Ejay will just grow. At the same time Ejay was used, there were still artists that worked hard for their music. I think in the future it will be for both groups easier to translate your thought into the music. In the past when you wanted to create a beat, you first needed some seriously expensive grooveboxes for example. Nowadays it's just software, but it lasts the same result. Ofcourse for the ones with no musical heart (Ejay-users) it became very easy as well to make their own song (which sounded like the other thouzand one-click-song)

My view on the future...I think it will get even more easy for musicians to implent their thoughts into the music they make. You want to create something that is turning in your head? Easy! Press the button and just turn on the buttons you need for that. For people without inspiration that would change to: you want to create something, but your head is empty and you are pretty retarted. Easy! Press the button to let the machine make all the work for you...how easy can be life.

Though I think there will be a moment that we want to grab the old times and we need to start from there and make a new way, instead of the electronic music.

That was extremely provoking. If its your subjective opinion, then thats that. But stating it as obvious truth, no. neednt say more.
