+1 means "plus one". It is a mathematical operation which adds one to whatever you're adding it, for example:
2+1=3

+1 is not entirely reduced mathematically. It's enough if you say "1". The positiveness of the number 1 is implicit.

I don't say "I'm +22 years old". Everyone knows that 22 is a positive number. That's why you put a - sign before a number to make it negative. :idea:

Use your neck for rotating, not your waist. And be sure that you rotate correctly. You'll notice that you're doing the right thing if your nose holes don't point downward after rotating.

Bad blood circulation ey? Do you also have it that when you hold a cup of coffee and you rotate your arm, that you don't have enough power to hold the cup, so it falls out? and if that goes right, do you also have it so that the coffee itself goes out the cup? :lol:
