I dont have 9 reviews written total. I have 145 reviews written total. And Slammy does have way more reviews written then 14.. I'm pretty sure of that!
Or maybe I didnt get the point?

I figured out the issue, it's only taking the last 100 reviews into account.

This is not a bug. The review chart is this week's chart - it works the same way as the SongsChart - gives ot only current information. xTr1m once explained how the review charts work, try to find it on forums. If you want your total reviews written - it's on your artist page.

Honestly though, it used to show this weeks reviews, still does, and also TOTAL reviews... it still does, but the figures are NOT correct... They used to be though.

Translation: "It's a feature, not a bug."
More accurately, this is arbitrarily coded (why the last 100 reviews?) and does not make any sense when you actually look at the page and try to understand what its full purpose is.
Point is, it needs to change. Either someone needs to put it back the way it was, or change it so that it at least makes sense.
