Its true what they say - you cant polish a turd.
I'd say, rather than removing the vocals, it would be better to remove the individual responsible for this 17MB pile of shit from the face of the earth.
Preferably with a red hot poker shoved up his arse while its happening.

Even if the song would be good, it is technically impossible to remove the vocals, without removing a whole lot of the song with it. The result would plain suck.
I mean, your question is impossible to do.

As it happens, I have the legendary comedy duo 'Little & Large' on my MSN, but I dont shout about it.
