Now people have had results with Obscene and DDspeed, I thought i'd have a go at bringing back Gopher...Kev, if you're reading this, come back!!
I pm'd him a while back as I wanted some advice on realistic-sounding orchestras, but he never responded 
And I know he had a huge writers block a while back. Anyway, I checked out his webpage, he said that he was busy working on a project so I guess that's something...
anyone ever chat to him?

He's a regular on #modarchive at espernet. Perhaps you could contact him there 
If you don't have an IRC client you can use the CTG Java Chat, simply type "/j #modarchive" and you will join the channel where Gopher hangs out

I've already tried, and failed miserably on all occasions.

Ahhh.
It's bad to see some things haven't changed at all. The random bullshit descent into stupidity is one of the reasons why I stopped visiting here - since that hasn't changed, I don't think I'll ever be much of an active participant on the forums here - it's not worth the irritation.
Like Slammy said, I'm around on IRC. If you don't mind waiting, I check my inbox here infrequently, so mrsix drop me a line if you want - I'm also on MSN fairly regularly. Louigi, Hi! Drop me a PM or something!
As for my account... well, I've been busy. Very busy. Anyone on IRC knows I've been busy. I'll think about updating it when my current project is finished. Stay tuned, and have a good one.
