X, if a song's already been up for a vote on The Novus Compo before, then it's done and can't compete again.
However, if it just didn't make it past my pre-screening, it's still eligible. But you also don't need to re-enter it anyway, because I'll hold on to the song and keep it in reserve. That way, if there's ever a month when you don't have an entry, I might just plug that reserve song in for you instead, assuming it cracks the top 5 in my pre-screening that month. 
There's one song that competed in October thanks to that, actually. I won't say which one though. 
But hey, I wrote the Novus Manifesto, so what the hell do I know? |

Sure there is! Just click on the "Enter A Song" link in the menu bar.
(I've moved some things around on the site. I guess adding in one more link from the Vote page wouldn't hurt though.)
