Jami, I know you probably won't read this, but hell, I have to say it. Please try to have more powerful, stomach-punching drums on the new album. I mean, I listened to Unreal, and the drums are just... limp.

Oh, and by the way, the guitar also sounded a bit overprocessed. Might want to reduce the sound quality a bit to make it more "alive".

Idea with unreal was to make it as synthetic and static as possible if you know what I mean, next album is going to be a different kind of story  (Making first album is weird process, you have no idea what to say about anything when you time hear mixes in studio at the first time). I also think that there was way better balance with mixes before mastering process.

Anyway, what comes to our upcoming album, drums and guitars may be even smaller than with Unreal and more dynamic but we will see about that. When you have lots of synths playing important stuff all the time, lots of dynamics in "real" instruments makes it sound a bit weird.

Friday

This question is too early for me.

But I believe my sound will develop according to my own personal tastes. How can you make what you do not like? This is a thriving force behind efforts to improve... I want to have the control to make what I like.

My personal taste is probably best described as classical house and techno (say 86-93), with a modern day punch.

I'm not good enough, but I aim for what I consider to be real party-music. A mix of oldschool housen & techno and a more hardcore sound.

Heavy thumping stuff, but not too noisy.
