Mmm... The blue should stay, but a redesign couldn't hurt, it's a bit cluttered.

I think CTG coooouuuld use a little freshnin' up BUT keep it simple. AND efficient. No useless flash graphics for example.
Just clean it up a bit.
Actually. mabye tone the some of the OVERALL graphics down a bit.

no really... I think this site design is awesome. No need to change! One of the best and if not the warmest site I have ever visited. And it got the best smilies too.
