In the last few weeks I've noticed, that more and more people are using "mikseri.net" to upload their "mp3's", which is ok and nice, but only for you people in the Skandinavian areas...
I'm down here in Germany and have a download speed of 0,5kb/sec!! from a possible speed of 90kb/sec (DSL) when I download from "mikseri". 90kb/sec is the speed I normally download with, from for example "mp3.com".
So my suggestion is to "not" use "mikseri.net", because everybody who is not in the Skandinavian areas has a really low download speed and I and probably others don't feel like waiting for one song for about 50min!

| yeah I agree i'm getting 5-12 K off them mean while I get 150-500 k off mp3.com and soundclick and mp3.com.au |

Well, I'm from Finland and using mikseri.net. For me it's coming about 45kb/sec, so it isn't a problem for me. It's a good site and i won't stop using it. Bad for you but no can do  |

Well i´m sorry that i have files coming from mikseri.net. But there´s absolutely nothing i can do about it. I want to stay here in CTG and if i want to bring music for people to listen, i just have to link it from mikseri.net. It´s sad that in some countries download speed is quite low or very low. But i think that in here finland, it might be same thing if i download file from (for example USA), download speed might not be as high it could be. So, like i said, i´m sorry for low speeds, but try to stay calm .

Yes, same problem here. Well, what you can do is to try some alternative hosts like mp3.com.au or soundclick if not better.  |

| astar if you can only put ur music on mikseri then use a lower kbp instead of 192 use 128 it'll cut down on the size to almost a 1:1 ratio min:meg you could also sign up on a different site such as soundclick.com mp3.com or mp3.com.au they give much better world wide speeds. |

While we get pretty good transfer rates from pretty much anywhere in the world here in Scandinavia, I'd just like to add that strictly speaking, Finland is not part of Scandinavia. It is however a Nordic country.
