I know I've suggested this before, but one VERY VERY simple change would be to increase the daily competition to a weekly competition. Change the text, and the time amount until it ends.
Surely this wouldn't be that hard even for one person with minimal php experience.
Seeing stuff get by with 2 votes week after week is just depressing  |

I am not sure about the admins, but Randor seems to be the owner of CTG and he seems to be active.
And I am wondering why it isn't possible to register on CTG. A friend tried to make an account after I told him that this site is quite cool but it didn't work.

If there's a chance, I would like to rebuild the page (with some help, this could take months to be done) using fresh design and to do lot of improvements..

Registration should be working again. Spambots seem to get through, so a normal user should too, right?

Indeed, but the site has 6500 members or something, maybe 15-20 of them log in per day and the rest is guests.
If there were 40, 50 members or something we'd probably have a few more forum posts, maybe a few more comments and reviews so the activity will increase a bit. And when the guests see that the site is more active they might register, too. Just an idea but ok it works that way, too |
