Just use mp3. Normal people don't even know what ogg is.

| OGG is useful for games because it can loop properly, unlike MP3. Other then that, I would recommend MP3. |

| Your supposed to pay some asshole royalties everytime you encode an mp3. Not that anybody pays it but big companies. |

OGG = wonderful and used by no one
MP3 = terrible and used by everyone
Music ruined my life. Well, that and all the booze and drugs and sex and videogames, but the music certainly didn't help. |

Yes, I agree with everyone else, ogg has better qualities technically, but nobody uses it because few handheld players support the format, which makes you convert your songs into mp3 before slamming them on there.
However, when I ripped my entire rave library of records to disk, I did so in ogg format because I knew that I would get more audio quality for my space than with MP3. But, as I said, when I want my collection on my player, I have to convert.. so therefore I very rarely listen to my record collection on my mp3 player. Also, is it just me or does ogg have a better stereo mix/stereo spectrum than mp3 does?

| OGG is flat out better then MP3 in almost every imaginable way. Which, as nepsus pointed out, only results in nobody using it. |
