kilon, I could give you a few recommendations when it comes to trackers, if you'd like...
|
Oh please give me as many as you want, put no chip music , i hate that stuff makes my ears bleed. But I love pure demoscene songs like "celestial fantasia" or even something else as long it is good music.

Generally agree with Cooth on this one.
But...
Tracked music is still a magical kingdom. It's just not that populated anymore.

You do realize that you and Cooth basically recapped the plot of Neverending Story?

Andromeda, though I'm not sure if all of his songs are there, you'll have to doublecheck.
Anders Akerheden. I'd compare him to Hunz to be honest. Luckily most of his songs are there since his site is kind of abandoned.
Area 51 (now Dan Nyman) has a way with melodies.
Awesome, who really lives up to his name. Bonus CTG page FTW. Extra scene.org goodies.
Basehead. You need to know your Basehead. Some bonus tracks. Sadly there are more tracks out there but I can't figure out where the hell I downloaded them from. Happy hunting then.
Big Jim should be downloaded just for "Dreaming of Foreign Skys" alone.
Butch. He's also on CTG.
Darkhalo. You have to know your Darkhalo. More mp3s here.
To paraphrase LL Cool J, "Decibelter is funky as hell".
When I first saw Dizzy's 4-chan mods, my head exploded from the sheer amount of awesome.
Elwood is a legend in the tracking scene. For good reason.
Gargoyle's worth checking out.
Ivory specializes mostly in fantasy and goa. Clickable CTG pages make life easier.
These two pages don't have all of Hunz's tracks Happy hunting!
Jogeir Liljedahl. Who doesn't know him should commit seppuku. Like, right now, dude.
Lesnik. Rather unknown, but great sample source to say the least.
Leviathan.
LittleElk. He's also on CTG.
Lluvia. Enough said.
Little known fact: In 1971, Jim Morrison faked his death, and hid in Sweden. In the 1990s, he discovered Fast Tracker and joined the scene under the nickname Lizardking. Bizarrely enough, no one noticed.
Melvyl. Just ask Slammy Also on CTG.
Mellow-D.
Moby, tracker hobbyist also responsible for the critically acclaimed really damn good 1999 album Play, which was composed entirely on Impulse Tracker 2.14 and ModplugTracker. Not satisfied with ripping from his old vinyls, the album also features uncredited samples from mods by Necros, Heatseeker, Darkhalo, Purple Motion and Skaven.
Mystical.
Necros. More on Modarchive.
Nighthawk. I thought he was the Jeff Buckley of the demoscene, but not anymore.
Norfair. Bonus modarchive page.
Quasian, the scene's resident dweller of a basement full of Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, and generally really heavy metal albums.
I also recommend you look at Malekith for teh metalz, but I can't find his page.
Purple Motion. Prince saw what Jim Morrison was doing and joined along. This conveniently explains his insanity in the 1990s.
Radix.
Reed is funky. Just like D Fast.
Skaven mastered Scream Tracker while bored awaiting birth.
Sphenx may kill your computer.
If I remember right, Smash is either the Incredible Hulk's scenehandle, or worth a try. You be the judge.
Tito. Who knew that in the afterlife former Communist leaders of Yugoslavia could be this funky? Do not go to modarchive, there's a guy with the same name but none of the grooves.
Tourach. I think xTr1m introduced me to him. Thanks man!
Virgill wasn't AOTY 2003 on CTG for nothing. Hurry, before he takes his tunes off this site again...
Warder, the non-Irish master of Irishy Celtic music. Why does Finland get so many of the great trackers?
I'll save you the trouble and come up front that Awoken by the Wind is Warhawk's best song and definitely worth downloading. I'll leave you to explore the rest of his oeuvre.
Siren, or Alexander Brandon, is best known for being signed by Straylight Productions and writing music for games, just like Necros. There was an old Jazz Jackrabbit fanpage where I got his soundtrack from, but I don't know if it still exists...
Xerxes. You probably know him from CTG, or for his attempt a few thousand years ago to conquer Greece, which ended in hilarious failure and is still the source of lulz in #modarchive to this day.
I like Zauron.
I also like Zodiak.
Phew, that was hard work...

Alright then, since the good oldies are being dragged out into the open, I might as well throw out a few good links myself:
One of the best groups in existance was Da Jormas:
Da Jormas Homepage
Here's some great tracks:
Zetor/Da Jormas - Kill Da Pieno Virtuosez
Earblower is one of my all time favs as he's always fucking around with something or other, check out his TiS profile for some instant classics like "silent contempt pt1" and pt2
Earblower
And when we're on the topic of epic hardcore and speedcore, here's the EPIC Gabba series as made by Vox (who sadly these days produces boring goa)
Vox stuff on aminet
And when on the topic of madness, who can ever forget the ZZnic crew? still playing their insane stuff even today
ZZnic Crew - Homepage
Some of my favourite songs of theirs are the following:
Sadista - Divalj 303
Zabba - Flexerica
And holy shit how much I love "Frogs Shit", it's the PERFECT song to go nuts to with FPS games, the only problem is that I always run out of ammo when I play this .P
Zabba - Frogs Shit
Zabba - Gabba In Da house
Acid Frog - 303 Amigos
And to finish off my post, here's some other nice songs from the amiganet:
Da Celsius - Maniac
Da Celsius - Epilepsey
Slice - Amiga 303
Johan Alpmar - 3 y's
Really, there's TONS of great music there, provided you're prepared to sift through the decay (I'm going to emo heaven now)
Ah! I forgot the best part!
Sadista/Zabba - Zacin
*laughs sinisterly*
