Welcome to the new world. First sue then talk...
The industry is in big trouble, it seems, it is the proof of it. But instead of frightening the consumers they should come up with a good idea, which meet the needs of the new generation and technical developments.
Oh, and please dont tell me this is good for the artists...

actually it is, in a certain way you sell your music to th riaa so they will protect the rights you have on your own music any way it suits them (the riaa)... and as a song sells better more money has to be paid to the riaa for protecting the musicians copyright... and as sales are dropping this is a final shot to keep the money flowing in... |

and another thing... quite weird to sue minors indeed but what the girl does is illegal so there is nothing you can do about except not getting caught  |

Maybe you were trying to be funny? The RIAA is the Recording Industry Association of America.. a union representing major labels in the Recording Industry. It's their job to sue this mean little 12 year old before she turns into a serial killer.
