I was searching for some nice fx samples and i came up to this site called Sound Dogs. You can buy many sample cds which are covering all the sound area, from drums to fx to synths...

But what makes this page more special is that you can browse and download from amazing free archive. It is all categorized in about some 500 categories and subcategories so you just pick what exactly you are seeking for, and you can download freely. :yes:

You just click on "mp3" icon, it works fine for me.

That's why it's called FREE. I think I've checked this site or a similar site before and they're just MP3 samples, which I suppose would work if you're looking to release your music in 96 kbps MP3 only, but otherwise it would generally just degrade the quality of your song rather than providing you with good sounds, besides perhaps a couple of exceptions.

Just my 2 cents.
